NOVEL HEMS FFB CAGES SYSTEM

HEMS FFB CAGES SYSTEM

The new FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) cages design represents a significant innovation in the palm oil milling industry, particularly in the sterilization process. Here's how this new design improves heat penetration
and transfer, reduces cycle time, and enhances the quality of sterilization

The new FFB cages design is engineered to enhance heat penetration and transfer throughout the entire bunches. By optimizing the arrangement of the bunches
within the cages and incorporating features that promote better airflow and steam circulation, this design ensures that heat reaches every part of the bunches more effectively. As a result, the sterilization
process becomes more efficient, leading to higher quality sterilized fruit.

The enhanced heat penetration and transfer capabilities of the new FFB cages design contribute to a reduction in sterilization cycle time. With more uniform heat distribution,
the bunches can be sterilized more quickly and effectively, allowing for shorter processing cycles without compromising on the quality of sterilization. This reduction in cycle time translates to increased
throughput and improved overall efficiency in palm oil milling operations

Unlike conventional FFB cages designs, which may result in temperature variations between the upper and lower parts of the cages, the new design ensures more even heat distribution.
By minimizing temperature differences, the new design prevents over- or under-sterilization of certain parts of the bunches, resulting in a more consistent and uniform product quality.

The improved heat penetration and transfer capabilities of the new FFB cages design not only reduce cycle time but also contribute to steam savings during the sterilization process. With more
efficient heat distribution, less steam is required to achieve the desired level of sterilization, resulting in reduced energy consumption and lower operating costs for palm oil mills

Patents No. MY-208587-A

The design of the smart slot openings is carefully engineered to maximize heat  transfer efficiency while minimizing energy consumption. The size, shape, and placement of the openings are optimized to create turbulent airflow patterns that enhance heat distribution throughout the cages. This precision engineering ensures that the fruit is exposed to the optimal cooking conditions, leading to improved sterilization outcomes

The design of the smart slot openings bottom plate, maximize heat transfer middle and bottom of fruit bunches at cage , facilitating more even heat distribution. By ensuring that steam penetrates inside of the bunches, this feature helps to eliminate temperature variations and ensures that all parts of the fruit receive adequate heat for cooking
